About Us
Who we are
We are industry professionals making information solutions for manufacturing companies. We are the manufactures of RedHawk – The Complete Data Collection System.
Where we came from
Operon Systems is a part of the Dunsirn Partners, LLC portfolio of companies. Started and based out of Appleton, Wisconsin, we have been manufacturing and selling RedHawk to manufacturing companies looking to increase the productivity of their current operations since 2003. Although Operon has only been in business selling RedHawk since 2003, the concept of the product has been at work in the Dunsirn family of companies since 1967. What you find in RedHawk today is the most technically advanced version of tried, tested, and proven manufacturing philosophies and techniques that Brian and Duane Dunsirn have used throughout the years at companies they have managed and owned since 1967. RedHawk is truly the manufacturing advantage the Dunsirn’s possess in their own operations, and is a product available for other manufacturing companies to purchase as well.
What we do
We manufacture and sell RedHawk - The Complete Data Collection System. RedHawk is an easy to implement data collection system that provides both operators and supervisors with real-time feedback of their manufacturing process. We also provide Industrial IT Services to manufacturing companies. Our goal is to be the best in the business. We plan on accomplishing this by continually striving to maintain these three ideals.
  • We will have the easiest system to implement.
  • We will be the most responsive company to customer needs and requests.
  • We are the most professional organization to work with.
