RedHawk is a valuable tool to utilize anytime you are looking to keep score of a manufacturing process. RedHawk’s focus is on maximizing the output of a given machine and the operators using it. With that being said most any manufacturing operation having some level of human interaction can benefit from using RedHawk and the information it provides.

Current applications include carton and case wrapping lines. RedHawk is being used to provide operators with process feedback such as the current rate and status of a process, as well as where they are at to the instant within an order. Quality is also being addressed and scrap is being tracked and displayed.

In one particular customer application an operation that used to consist of 12 pieces of paper information are now condensed into one RedHawk system, consolidating the information and providing both operators and management with a tool to positively impact results - all in real time. A quality assurance verification is also integrated into the application, further reducing paper work and tying quality control and manufacturing together at the data collection level.
